Holy Child Summer Literacy Camps

Our summer literacy camps are designed to give your child a fun, hands-on approach to learning! Our highly experienced and passionate teachers specifically design their summer curriculum to combat the "‘summer slide"’ where students’ skills can regress while being out of the classroom. We maintain low student-teacher ratios to ensure differentiated instruction. Each session is uniquely designed to meet the needs/learning style of the specific campers in that session.

Your child will partake in a variety of engaging and interactive activities to refresh and reboot their skills in phonemic awareness (for our younger learners), phonics, fluency, vocabulary, comprehension and writing. Throughout camp, teachers will be providing daily emailed progress reports to families that will include descriptions of skills/strategies introduced, the camp activities for that day, and ‘home connections’ as ideas for additional support and enrichment.
