Art Camp
Grades: Children entering grades 2-5
Dates: June 12-16, June 19-23
Time: 9 a.m. – 12 noon (half-day)
- Limited to 12 students per class (Grades: Children entering grades 2-5)
- Early Care is available from 8-9 a.m. for morning camps
- Drop-off and pickup at the Broderick Hall entrance.
Themes for Art Camp
- [SOLD OUT] June 12-16 (Week 1): This week campers will make art all about local wildlife, flora and fauna. They will be creative and learn techniques for taking a scientist’s eye to their artmaking. This camp will take advantage of our school’s new NEST (Nature Exploration Science Territory).
- June 19-23 (Week 2): Traditional Crafts of the World: In this week’s art camp, students will discover and create traditional crafts from cultures all over the world. Join us as we create beautiful crafts and grow our knowledge as global citizens.
Art Camp is bursting with creative art activities for children currently in grades 1-4. Each week there is a theme, used as a jumping off point, which allows children to explore a variety of materials and techniques. Projects are specifically designed to spark each child's imagination, while also allowing students to advance their art skills in a supportive and fun environment. Drawing, painting, collage, and sculpture are all included! Each week is an independent class, so students can attend one week or two. If you want a chance to play with art materials, make awesome artworks, and have a ton of creative fun, this camp is for you! Art Camp is led by Holy Child’s Young Falcons Teacher Maggie Stewart. Limited to 12 students.

- $275 per week for morning Art Camp (9 a.m.-12 p.m. Includes snack)
Falcon Camp
Ages: Children entering Young Falcons – Falcons (children should be entering Young Falcons or Falcons programs in the Fall and be potty trained)
Dates: June 12-16, June 19-23, June 26-June 30
Time: 9 a.m. – 12 noon (half-day)
or 9.am. - 3 p.m. (full day)
- Individual snack and lunch is provided for full-day Falcon Camp package
- Early Care is available from 8-9 a.m. for morning camps
- Drop-off and pickup at the Broderick Hall entrance.
Themes for Falcon Camp
- June 12-16 (Week 1): SAFARI: Join us as we explore the jungle! We will learn about many wild animals, create crafts, and enjoy hot weather!
- June 19-23 (Week 2): SURFS UP!: Let's go to the beach and ride the waves! We will learn about sea animals and splash in the water! Cowabunga dudes!
- June 26-June 30 (Week 3): STARS & STRIPES: Join us as we celebrate America! We will learn about all the wonderful places we can visit in our country!
Falcon Camp features story time, arts and crafts, indoor and outdoor games, nature walks, outside water activities, and more. This is an ideal opportunity for your young child to play constructively, learn cooperatively, and make friends. This camp is offered as a half day or full day option. Children must be toilet trained. Children should wear bathing suits daily under their clothing for water play. Counselor: Holy Child School at Rosemont teacher Grace Bell and Holy Child substitute teacher, Tracy Gabor.
Cost:
- $300 per week for morning Falcon Camp (9 a.m.-12 p.m. Includes snack)
- $425 per week for full day Falcon Camp (9 a.m.-3 p.m. Includes snack and lunch).
Kinder Camp
Ages: Children entering Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten
Dates: June 12-16, June 19-23, June 26-June 30
Time: 9 a.m. – 12 noon (half-day)
or 9.am. - 3 p.m. (full day)

Summer Fun Camp
Grades: Children entering grades 1–7
Dates: June 12-16, June 19-23, June 26-June 30
Time: 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
- Drop-off and pickup at the O'Neill Gymnasium entrance.
Boys and girls will build on their abilities and enhance their enjoyment of recreation with games and exercises at the Holy Child gym and all-weather field. Children will learn teamwork, leadership skills, and the rules of play, and build athleticism and self-esteem throughout this high-energy, low-pressure camp. Please pack sunscreen and water bottles for the weather conditions outdoors. Counselors: Holy Child School at Rosemont Director of Athletics Maribeth McCallion and teacher Steve Clarke.
Cost:
- Full Day: $350 per week includes individual snacks and lunch (9 a.m.-3 p.m.)
- Morning: $225 for half-day morning session only; does NOT include lunch (9 a.m.- 12 noon)
- Afternoon: $225 per week includes individual lunch (12-3 p.m.)
- Early Care is available from 8-9 a.m. for morning camp
Science Camp

[SOLD OUT] Week 1 (In The Air)
During week 1 of camp, we will be exploring things that have to do with the air - like flying, birds, the atmosphere and model rocketry. You will get a big bang out of this camp session! In addition, you will have an opportunity to meet some interesting animals live and up close.
[SOLD OUT] Week 2 (On Land)
During week 2 of camp, we will be exploring things that have to do with life on land - like ecology, insects, human physiology, speed and acceleration. You will see just how interesting science on Earth can be! In addition, you will have an opportunity to meet some interesting animals live and up close.
Week 3 (In The Water)
During week 3 of camp, we will be exploring things that have to do with water - like using microscopes to study pond life, solution chemistry, gyotaku (Japanese fish printing), and dissecting a shark. Get ready for some wet and wild fun! In addition, you will have an opportunity to meet some interesting animals live and up close.
