Holy Child School at Rosemont's Grade 8 students, along with several Grade 7 students, did well in all areas of the online National Spanish Examination this year: vocabulary, grammar, reading, and listening. The students scored significantly higher than the 50 percent national average by achieving the 69th percentile, meaning Holy Child students collectively scored higher than 69 percent of the other U.S. students taking the test.
Four participants earned gold medal recognition, two earned silver, nine earned bronze, and five others were recognized with honors distinction. One Grade 8 student competed at a higher level against students in high school and was recognized for her abilities with a bronze medal. Congratulations to all!
