Rachel Howard, Assistant Director of Philanthropy: Alumni & Constituent Relations

With a background in advancement and alumni relations, Rachel joined Holy Child in 2026 after serving in roles with the University of Pennsylvania Athletics Department and, most recently, as Associate Director of Advancement & Engagement at Neumann University. She earned her bachelor's degree in sport & recreation management from Temple University and her master's degree in higher education from Wilmington University. Originally from Ridley, Pennsylvania, Rachel now resides in Manayunk with her boyfriend and yellow lab.

Rachel focuses on strengthening relationships with alumni, past parents, and grandparents while supporting the school's philanthropic and fundraising efforts.
