Extended Day

We offer an Extended Day program for Holy Child families with students in grades Young Falcons through Grade 4 needing afterschool care.

Qualified personnel provide care and guidance for children after the school day ends. Families with children in Young Falcons and Falcons are advised to also learn about our Afternoon Care program.

Our Extended Day program operates:

Monday – Friday, 3:10 - 5:30 p.m. (excluding school holidays and some select days*)
 

During Extended Day, students are able to complete homework, read, enjoy a snack, and play with friends all while being supervised by qualified adults who have met all clearance requirements. Weather permitting, our students will play outdoors. Snacks are included in the cost of the program.

Interested parents will enroll their children at the start of each school year and billing will be set up through Blackbaud's Tuition Management System.

*Extended Day is not offered on school holidays and half-days, including the following dates for the 2024-2025 academic year:

• Thursday, October 31, 2024 (Halloween Parade)
• Friday, December 20, 2024 (Noon dismissal; last day of school before Christmas break)
• Thursday, February 13, 2025 (Last day of school before winter break)
• Thursday, March 20, 2025 (Last day of school before Spring Break)
• Friday, May 2, 2025 (Noon dismissal; Grandparents/Special Friends Day)
• Thursday, May 29, 2025 (Grade 8 Graduation day)
• Wednesday, June 4, 2025 (Noon dismissal; last day of school)
