Events and Opportunities
The Parents' Auxiliary sponsors many great events throughout the year. The success of all of our events relies heavily on the talents and energy of our parent volunteers.
Some of these events are for our students, such as Secret Santa. Others are fun-, friend-, and fundraisers for the School community, such as Homecoming/Fall Festival and our Spring Auction. We also support our teachers and staff as Library Volunteers and Homeroom Parents.
Below is a small sampling of the many ways our parents can get involved. To volunteer, please complete the survey to your right and Katie Storrer P'22 '22, our Parents' Liaison, will contact you.
Family Mass and Breakfast - Each spring, we gather and celebrate as a community.
Gift Wrap Sale - This fundraiser, held each October, offsets the cost of the Family Mass and Breakfast.
Homecoming/Fall Festival - Our community and alumni join us for a morning of football and field hockey during Homecoming, followed by food, fun, and carnival games at Fall Festival.
Holy Child Shops - More than 25 vendors showcase their items during this important holiday shopping fundraiser that is held each November at Overbrook Golf Club. For every purchase made during the event, 20 percent of the sale price will be donated back to our School.
Homeroom Parents - The Homeroom Parents help to coordinate holiday and other classroom activities.
Library Parents - A group of parent volunteers help our School librarian each week.
Spring Auction - The signature event of Parents' Auxiliary, the Spring Auction is a lively event held each April that combines a silent and live auction.
Secret Santa's Workshop - This is an opportunity for the children to buy small gifts for family members with the help of parent volunteers.
Middle School Play/Musical - Each May students display their talents onstage. The play cannot succeed without the many behind the scenes volunteers.
Tennis and Paddle Outing - Our Annual Tennis and Paddle Outing is a community-building event that is held each fall.
